Description

The Auditor performs the tasks of inspecting, verifying and scanning product using standard equipment and techniques with direct supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Stay on task at all times and seek a member of management upon completion of each task for direction
  • Report to work on time in the approved attire for every scheduled work shift
  • Possess the capability to work independently and with others
  • Meet or exceed predetermined productivity standards
  • Work in compliance with the SOP’s for the inbound and outbound auditing processes
  • Ensure that your work area is clean at all times
  • Adhere to all the responsibilities of your assigned task
  • Scanning every manufacturer label
  • Inspecting every service cross for completeness and accuracy
  • Verifying each load is staged neatly and in the correct loading sequence
  • Providing clear visual indicators for the loaders when necessary
  • Correcting and documenting all picking errors with assistance from a lead or supervisor
  • Removing and labeling any picking overages from the loading area and ensuring they are taken to the appropriate corral
  • Auditing every load to completion on a daily basis
  • Establishing every inbound pallet has a put away label attached
  • Verifying the information on each put away label matches the contents of the pallet
  • Ensuring that every pallet is built correctly for the assigned pallet quantity of the product code
  • Certifying every pallet meets the required quality standard prior to being scanned
  • Scanning and confirming every put away label
  • Clock in and out appropriately
  • Be willing to cross train in other areas
  • Adhere to all warehouse policies and procedures
  • Work in a safe manner
  • Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

  • Possess the capability to work independently and with others
  • Meet or exceed predetermined productivity standards
  • Experience with RF scanners is preferred
  • Prior warehouse experience desirable
  • Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
  • Must be 18 years or older
