Description

Our Director of Regional Sales is responsible to manage productivity of the District Sales Representatives by increasing sales to independent dealers.  Increase size of existing customer base while increasing loyalty of existing customers while supporting and building NTW’s selling and marketing processes. Utilize tools and resources to help our customers improve their sell out.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hold District Business Development Managers accountable
  • Ensure growth of sales offerings
  • Ensure Business Development Managers effectively work with Center staff to increase the sales results
  • Promote and develop growth of marketing programs
  • Travel with Business Development Managers and provide support on customer issues
  • Ensure necessary training is scheduled and executed
  • Attract, motivate and retain personnel.  Review recruitment needs regularly
  • Maintain sales relationship with strategic accounts within the region
  • Provide Sales and Marketing input to Distribution Sales Planning Manager
  • Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • Combination of education and experience with minimum 5 years sales and/or management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive or tire industry preferred
  • Extensive travel  
  • Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain a current driver’s license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
