This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced senior level candidate that is extremely organized, possesses strong technology/communication and analytical skills.  Successful candidates will possess the following attributes and extensive experience leading:


  • The development of and implementation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual process driven and metric based business forecasting
  • Executing process and reporting tools in support of metric based monthly business reviews that diagnose actual performance versus expectations and produce documented action plans
  • Implementation and management of system based/process driven integrated long-range and annual budget disciplines
  • Strategic utilization of cross functional data and systems to elevate and simplify management reporting and analysis

Job Responsibilities
  • An expectation of strong systems & technology skill set to drive strategic reporting, automation and enterprise-wide efficiency
  • Strong PowerPoint skillset and experience in developing executive communications
  • Proven track record of automation and process improvement
  • History of developing scorecard based or dashboard reporting
  • Ability to clearly set and measure expectations for associates and partners
  • Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
  • Superior communication skills set, commanding presentation capabilities and executive presence
  • Growth focused leadership style with an bias toward action, training, development and teaching
  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and relevant legal regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
  • Four Year Degree – Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 10+ Years in a Finance-related job
  • Highly Organized, Timeline Driven, Attention to Detail, Results-Oriented
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint Skills Required – Complex Financial Modeling
  • Highly-proficient in financial planning systems
