Reporting to the SVP, National Sales, this position is responsible for the development and maintenance of national account relationships with companies that operate or manage a fleet of vehicles on a national scope.   The primary objectives for this position are to

  • strategically grow TBC market share in the National Fleet market segments by new account acquisition, maintenance of existing fleet accounts to maximize sales, profits, and monitor the service level execution of TBC channels among these customers. 
  • Lead a team of National Account Sales Managers and ensure their successful deployment against established NTW and TBC goals and objectives.

This position will work with and facilitate necessary training programs for franchise group to position TBC as the service provider of choice among the fleet account community while identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase tire sales to National Fleet customers. This position also is required to assist senior management with any special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or a related field of study is preferred
  • Preferred 5+ years’ experience with similar industry
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth
  • Strong analytical ability, logic and mathematical skills
  • Strategic Account development and maintenance
  • Ability to grow revenues through customer relationship expansion
  • Must have prior multi-site/ multi-state responsibilities in a management capacity
  • Extensive data analysis experience related to customer relationship management
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment requiring strict organization, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in financial analysis
  • Proficient in forecasting sales projections
  • Knowledge of best practices for customer experience management and the customer lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally within multiple business units within a corporation
