The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for successful on-boarding and upgrading for both new and existing customer based on signed contract/quotes.    On-boarding includes but is not limited to; software installation, existing customer data imports, custom form set-up and configuration with approved 3rd party software/hardware.   This position will work closely with our Sales and Professional Services team members to ensure customer expectations are met as well as to ensure all newly requested products and services are successfully deployed.

Job Responsibilites

  • Manage assigned Salesforce tasks and projects to ensure timely customer communication and resolution for pending request.  Must maintain a clear understanding of software/hardware request and expectations for delivery.

  • Coordinate installation of products and services based on customer need/request.

  • Effectively communicate (verbally and by written correspondence) with all levels of the organization as well as customers regarding their request.

  • Ensure 3rd party hardware/software is set-up and configured accordingly.

  • Coordinate and/or deliver custom reports/forms as reflected in contract/agreement.

  • Provide initial desktop, server, and network hardware review using our CPR tool to ensure customer’s network and hardware meet minimum requirements and having the ability to review and speak with them as to their options should any of their hardware fail to pass.

  • Use the designated software to document, assign, and manage all activity associated with the on-boarding and training based on Professional Services team activity.

  • Responsible for tracking and reporting all expenses related to installation activity.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage work load with minimal supervision

  • Ability to consistently follow documented procedures while still employing an innovative spirit and sharing creative ways to improve processes.

  • Knowledge of SQL & Microsoft Access

  • Working knowledge of Windows desktop (Win7, Win8, Win10) and Windows 2008/2012 Server

  • Proficiency with Internet browsers and MS Office.

  • Ability to quickly learn several proprietary applications that are core to our business

  • Able to log, update, and record accurate and detailed tracking records.

  • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
