The role of the TBC Brands Customer Service department is to allocate product from our Brands Distribution Centers, develop carrier routes to our customers, establish delivery appointments with our accounts, and work with our TBC Brands Traffic Department in order to fulfill customer orders.  TBC Brands delivers approximately $1.4 Billion dollars in tires and equipment to our TBC Brands Partners.  All of this volume flows through this department.  We provide reports and analysis for customers and our sales team.We work with many departments within TBC including Sales, Credit, Logistics, and Product marketing.   This department also is expected to resolve any pricing/shipping discrepancies that may arise.  We support the TBC Brands sales team by executing the fulfillment of their orders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Must be able to adhere to the following hybrid work schedule: Monday and Friday (remote) and Tuesday – Thursday (onsite) at 4300 TBC Way - Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
  • Support the processing of customer orders by entering them into ASW, and validate key elements such as base prices, discounts, product authorizations, and delivery requirements.
  • Allocate available stock to new orders, and compile allocated order lines into timely and efficient outbound shipments.
  • Make adjustments to outbound shipments based on feedback from the traffic and warehouse departments.
  • Review customer back orders for allocation and incorporate such orders with new outbound shipments.
  • Constantly review the open order file to edit or delete nonviable sales order lines based on order age, product availability, and customer preferences regarding back orders.
  • Research customer claims for shipping and pricing errors in a timely manner, and process debits and credits as appropriate. Report errors in ASW programmed prices to Product Marketing department for remediation.
  • Assist in the processing and billing of direct shipments from suppliers to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and to serve as an internal resource to assist field sales associates manage their business.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Research and assist with departmental expense control.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Effectively train others to achieve desired results
  • Provide positive customer service both internal and external.
  • Data entry and maintenance as well as order entry and product allocation
  • Create and schedule shipments
  • Processing automated direct billing and generating transaction reports
  • Provide overall support of Regional Sales Managers and Customer Service Representatives
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs


  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in using business software, specifically MSOffice, ASW, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate with customers.
  • Potential for promotion to CSR position.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Up to 2+ years of related work experience in a call center or related customer service environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Demonstrated desire to help drive successful financial results.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
