Description

This position is a place on the Supply Chain Planning team with responsible for driving capability development improvements that deliver business value within TBCs Supply Chains. The candidate will partner with the supply chain functional areas, taking the lead on analytics, and business information to support the Sales and Operations (S&OP) process.

 

This role will be a Hybrid work environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the monthly Supply Review process
  • Responsible for extracting data from multiple sources to support the Supply Chain team (Teradata, QVD’s, SAP, Blue Yonder, Kronos, OMS)
  • Responsible for the automation of actionable data outputs based on business criteria (Alteryx)
  • Responsible for data validation and confidence building
  • Provide decision support through data management, analytics, and insights
  • Assist in creating and defining new contribution projects as required
  • Taking the lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business
  • Responsible for the definition and creation of Supply Chain dashboards, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring data validity
  • Drive operational excellence through best practice adoption, process transformation, quantification of business constraints and rules

Qualifications

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics is preferred
  • 2-5 years Supply Chain experience in warehousing, distribution, and supply chain environments
  • Experience supporting the S&OP process, formatting data and building presentations
  • Experience in standards driven process and lean processes
  • Experienced in SQL Server, QlikSense, QlikView, Alteryx, Six Sigma, PMI, Agile, Continuous Improvement preferred
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
