TBC is currently seeking candidates to fill a SAP SD Functional Analyst-II role within IT Applications department. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Company’s Business requirements are identified and achieved through proper system design, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD functionality
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP SD functionalities
  • Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
  • Work self-directed and independently

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in developing, configuring and supporting SAP SD functionality
  • Good understanding of integration points between SD and other modules such as FI, WM & MM etc
  • Working experience in using tools such as HPQC, LANDesk, MS Office & LSMW tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects
  • Experience in a Retail or Distribution company is an asset
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Applications
  • Exposure to SDLC process is a plus
