Description
The HCM/ Success Factors Analyst, IT Development is a critical part of the TBC Information Technology HCM Applications Development team at TBC. The candidate must be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Talent Suite, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll. Must be able to enhance existing setup, implement new functionality, and keep up with SuccessFactors’s new releases. Must have experience testing half-yearly releases, and updating role-based permissions, business rules, route maps, and workflows. Must have extensive experience building and maintaining various report types in SuccessFactors including story-based People Analytics. Integration experience sending files from SuccessFactors to third-party vendors via Integration Center and CPI is desired. Experience working with workforce management tools like Kronos or Workforce Software. Experience working with OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors.
Job Responsibilities
The SAP FICO Tax Analyst II is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s Business requirements are identified and achieved through proper system design, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Serve as the coordinator between business needs and SAP FICO/Vertex technical solutions. Gather business requirements, analyze and translate them into technical/functional requirements for the creation of application features enhancements, and functions. Design, analyze and interpret TBC’s legacy systems, do technical/functional mapping of processes & data for converting them into SAP. Work closely with Project Managers, Development Leads and other members of the Development and Functional Teams to develop SAP solutions. Work closely with Corporate Finance, Tax. Dept. and Retail Tech team for SAP and Tax related issues. Work closely with business and finance department for any SAP FICO and Vertex related issues. Participate in strategic Business/IT meetings to review, evaluate new technical challenges to improve operating efficiencies and business. Conduct systems analysis and evaluations, document existing functionality and procedures. Design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data and test scripts) for executing unit, integration, performance testing. Maintain constant communication on all duties and responsibilities across teams as assigned by management. Provide production support for live business units. Including break/fix, minor enhancements, monitoring and testing of the live financial business applications. Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions. Perform the necessary configuration to support the business requirements in ECC 6.0.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree Business Administration or related field and 2 years of functional/technical experience in SAP. Must have experience with the following: Sales and Use tax business processes; configuring Order To Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire and Record to Report business process in SAP ERP; experience in writing functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Forms, Conversion, & enhancements; experience in requirement gathering, master data, customization, configuration, and testing/training ; experience in SAP banking processes i.e. Lockboxes, ACH, Check, Wires etc.; and experience using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Visio). Scheduled remote work allowed in conjunction with required in office days required at the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
