Description

The HCM/ Success Factors Analyst, IT Development is a critical part of the TBC Information Technology HCM Applications Development team at TBC. The candidate must be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Talent Suite, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll. Must be able to enhance existing setup, implement new functionality, and keep up with SuccessFactors’s new releases. Must have experience testing half-yearly releases, and updating role-based permissions, business rules, route maps, and workflows. Must have extensive experience building and maintaining various report types in SuccessFactors including story-based People Analytics. Integration experience sending files from SuccessFactors to third-party vendors via Integration Center and CPI is desired. Experience working with workforce management tools like Kronos or Workforce Software. Experience working with OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors.

Job Responsibilities

Duties:

Responsible for ensuring that the company's business requirements are identified and achieved through proper system design, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Serve as the coordinator between business needs and SAP technical solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical/functional requirements for the creation of application features enhancements, and functions.Work closely with Project Managers, Development Leads and other members of the Development and Functional Teams to develop SAP solutions. Collaborate SMEs to coordinate and ensure delivery of appropriate architecture, technical design, and solutions on multiple projects. Participate in strategic Business/IT meetings to review, evaluate new technical challenges to improve operating efficiencies and business.Support Project Manager(s) with task identification, status reports, issue and risk mitigation. Gather, assemble, and analyze key data to enable functional/technical oversight of projects.Responsible for process flows and gathering current business operational processes. Conduct systems analysis and evaluations, document existing functionality and procedures.Perform system testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure requirements are met. Design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data and test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing.Maintain constant communication on all duties and responsibilities across teams as assigned by management.Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions. Perform the necessary configuration to support the business requirements in ECC 6.0.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience to define, configure, develop and support modules of SAP FICO.Must have experience in the following: designing & developing business process and functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Forms, Conversion, & Enhancement (RICEF); data conversion, migrations, roll outs, go-live, production build and ongoing support including break/fix, minor enhancements for live business units; integration between SAP FI and other SAP modules like SD, MM, WM, and HR etc; SAP banking processes i.e. Lockboxes, ACH, Check, Wires and Credit Card Processing etc.; Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire and Record to Report process cycles in SAP; designing SAP Integration with any external Tax software e.g. Vertex or Sebrix; requirement gathering, master data creation, customization, configuration, test script documentation, test execution and user training.Scheduled remote work allowed in conjunction with required in office days required at the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
