Risk Safety Financial Analyst

Description

The Risk/Safety Financial Analyst reports to the Risk Supervisor. This position will serve as the analyst to handle trending, forecasting and expense management for Risk and Safety.

Job Responsibilities

  • Captive analysis and maintaining the Road Hazard Warranty Program within the captive
  • Compilation and reporting of the Insurance Schedule of Values and Insurance Submissions
  • Monthly reporting for Car Damage for the Retail organization
  • Claim trending and forecast analysis
  • Reconciliation of claims, legal and safety expenses for each business unit
  • Premium allocation for all lines of coverage
  • Assist with various safety training initiatives for field and corporate associates.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

 

 

Minimum 3 years relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Relevant experience in Excel, SAP, and database administration

Practical experience with Driver Training Initiatives and Incident Investigation preferred

Data analytics experience, including trending analysis and forecasting

Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral

Self-driven and able to manage multiple and changing priorities with little direction and supervision

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to develop multiple solutions to an issue and make valid recommendations for resolution

Data Entry, Cloud-based Software Platforms

Project Management Skills is preferred

Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately under pressure

Self-motivated attitude with excellent work ethic

Creative Problem Solver
