The Regional Brand Compliance & Audit Specialist will be responsible for conducting unannounced audits at franchise locations in the United States and Canada. The audits will cover an array of topics to include: general loss prevention best practices; compliance with brand appearance standards; compliance to policies; and proper recording of sales to ensure proper royalty payments.

Job Responsibilites

  • Perform financial/operational audits and supplying the results to field and corporate Franchise management and the franchise owner
  • Identify policy violations and offer solutions to the franchise owners
  • Offer training to the franchise owner and their associates
  • Cover the entire audit findings with the franchise owner upon completion
  • Extensive travel is required for this position; up to 90%


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • Experience in financial or loss prevention field auditing required; franchise audit experience preferred
  • Experience in a high travel position preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L Statements, Tax Returns, Policy and Procedure manuals
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and master different point of sale systems
  • Strong analytical skills; particularly in data analysis/data pattern recognition
  • Customer service oriented and a high level of professional integrity
  • Strong telephone and verbal communication skills; to include conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to write routine audit reports and executive summaries of findings
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Intermediate Computer skills required (MS Office products)
