The Project Manager Enterprise I manages and oversees all aspects of a project, or projects, to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project and drives projects to successful conclusion.

Job Responsibilites
  • Coordinates with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.\

  • Convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities for individual team members and the project as a whole.

  • Identifying and documenting project requirements, tasks, issues, and risks for assigned projects

  • Document meeting decisions, actions/owners, due dates, dependencies and other pertinent data to assist in completing the project

  • Drive  project team in identifying and providing methods for mitigating risks, completing tasks, and resolving issues

  • Schedule meetings and work sessions with stakeholders to identify and document decisions, actions, issues, and risks 

  • Gather, assemble, and analyze key data to enable financial oversight of projects

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, track metrics, produce status reports for assigned projects

  • Support the EPMO in creating and implementing new processes and procedures to optimize project delivery

  • Complete required tasks in a timely manner

  • Partner, support and collaborate with management in designing, implementing, evaluating and managing assigned projects.

  • Proactively supervise and implement project plan to ensure project is on-schedule and on-budget.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project requirements, as defined by the project scope.

  • Define and mitigate overall project risk through conflict and issue resolution with the project team and stakeholders.

  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.

  • Be accountable for project results of staying on budget, on-schedule, and meet or exceed expectations.

  • Ability to create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations,

  • Conduct post project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Perform internal cross training to other team members as necessary

  • Develop and utilize TBC templates, tools, and techniques as defined

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

  • Support the company’s safety program

  • Support the company’s harassment- free work environment policy

  • Support the TBC code of business conduct

  • Conduct other duties as assigned

  • Enter time regularly in time tracking system

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in project management.

  • A bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of 3-5 years of experience corporate or enterprise projects

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must

  • Experience managing projects in MS Project and SharePoint is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and use a facilitative style to gather information for decision making

  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to changes in customer demands or operational goals

  • Results-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks at once

  • Excellent customer service orientation and experience in business-related interactions
