As directed by the Director of Strategic Pricing, the Pricing Analyst assists in the management and oversight of the complete NTW Pricing execution and strategy through the development and use of effective data analysis and reporting. Works to ensure pricing alignment against the market and strategy set forth. Evaluates pricing performance to help develop and update the pricing strategy to ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives.  Recommends changes to current pricing strategy based on market research and new trends.


This role will be a Hybrid work environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and execution of the NTW pricing strategy.
  • Analyze sales and competitive data to identify opportunities and assist in the development of alternate strategies to maximize sales and profit opportunities.
  • Maintenance, Creation, and record keeping of Customer pricing profiles assignment, profile designs and exceptions.
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to drive analysis-driven change.
  • Market analysis to identify strategies to maximize sales and profit
  • Act in concert with the Director of Strategic Pricing, product marketing, purchasing buyers and sales organization to ensure integrated and profit maximizing approach to market.
  • Utilizing pricing optimization software, develop models that drive regions performance to meet company KPI’s. 
  • Demonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements
  • Using data models, ad hoc reporting and base KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of pricing actions.    


  • 2-5 years Automotive/Tire Industry or related field a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Power Point.
  • Excellent research, diagnostic and analytical skills
  • Goal oriented with the ability to meet productivity objectives and deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of tires, wheels and related items a plus.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of BI tools Cognos, Qlikview, SQL queries.
  • Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates ability to work well with others & various related groups
