The Marketing Manager in Franchise Development will lead and coordinate marketing activities to generate leads and transaction activity for new stores and transfer locations for existing and new franchisees for the franchised brands Midas and Big O Tires while being the subject matter expert in lead generation. This role is an essential part of the TBC franchise growth strategy.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships internally across all business units at TBC and our brand leadership teams.  It is important for the FMM to generate leads for new store development while abiding by internal processes, legal compliance, FDD Regulations and at all times demonstrating a measured KPI behavior.


This role will be a Hybrid work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic marketing plan for growing the Midas and Big O Tires brands
  • Establish processes to ensure marketing activities are created to meet or exceed the marketing plan goals
  • Develop and track KPI’s and manage the marketing budget to meet targets
  • Manage invoice processing and maintain department controllable expense budget
  • Support and lead creating a candidate profile for each brand (Buyers Persona)
  • Promote brand value of affiliation across all digital and traditional media platforms
  • Salesforce administration including working with key stakeholders to define requirements and platform customization
  • Evaluate competitors marketing strategies including content, social media, and SEO performance 
  • Oversee, manage, and maintain Franchise Development websites for both Midas and Big O Tires
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain franchise sales collateral, brochures, presentations, sales tools, etc.
  • Establish and manage vendor relations, analyzing metrics and KPIs to drive continuous strategic improvement
  • Understanding of the franchisor/franchisee relationship and marketing requirements, programs, policies, and procedures


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or project management
  • Franchise Development marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Marketing Leadership Experience Franchise system for lead gen and website creation and maintenance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Working knowledge of franchise development tasks related to new store development or related experience
  • Ability to work independently and proactively as well as collaborating with cross-departmental teams
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office tools
  • Nimble, and able to react quickly to changing business needs
  • Ability to facilitate discussion and drive consensus
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Salesforce certification preferred
  • Strong and persistent drive to deliver positive results
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • CRM experience required familiar with Salesforce is preferable
  • Position will be located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
  • Travel 0%-25%
