Description

National Tire Wholesale (NTW) is seeking a talented and data-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our marketing analytics efforts and provide valuable insights to drive informed business decisions. As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to optimize our marketing strategies, improve customer acquisition and retention, and enhance overall marketing performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in marketing technologies, and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations. 

 

Reporting to the Director of NTW Marketing, the NTW Marketing Analytics Manager will lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and customer databases.

 

This role will be a Hybrid work environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to build scalable analytics solutions to monitor trends and deliver insights.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team on system integrations/APIs as needed.
  • Responsible for measuring the performance & impact of Marketing`s campaigns, programs and channels. 
  • Through data & insights, partner with marketing leaders to establish performance benchmarks, campaign targets and recommendations. 
  • Partner closely on CRM and Loyalty related projects to provide insight and guidance on targeting based on understanding of customer strategy.
  • Bring concepts and disciplines to grow and measure share of account among customers.
  • Work with customer care/experience team and/or directly design and deploy surveys and translate survey responses into actionable business insights.
  • Support and extract insights from NPS and CSAT Surveys.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and departments to drive required change and actions that drive growth.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related business field
  • Master’s / MBA degree preferred
  • 3- 5 years of experience in marketing data analysis/data automation or other relevant marketing analytics experience
  • Experience in Alteryx (SQL), Tableau, MapPoint, Qlikview and SAP is beneficial and preferred
  • Strong data visualization and dashboard experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to tell a story
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of how to use data and develop models
  • Skilled at applying business math
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet project timetables
  • High level project management skills
  • High level organizational and management skills
  • High level time management skills
  • Knowledge of consumer industry sales and distribution preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Willing to travel 10%
