Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Oracle Project – Treasury to lead critical workstreams in our enterprise-wide ERP transformation. This role is instrumental in ensuring our new Oracle Cloud Fusion solution is fully optimized, compliant, and aligned with both Treasury and broader finance objectives. As we transition from SAP ECC6 to Oracle Cloud Fusion, this leader will provide hands-on functional and technical expertise across Treasury operations, including complex integrations with Kyriba Treasury Management System, Blackline and external banking partners. You will serve as the primary support for the Treasury SME, overseeing day-to-day activities related to payments, data transmissions, and system configuration throughout the implementation lifecycle.
This project will begin December 2025 and will end March 2027. Length of assignment for this role is the duration of the project.
This is a 100% on-site position located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as Treasury’s dedicated integration lead for the ERP migration, ensuring Treasury requirements are accurately represented and executed.
- Support the design, build, testing, and deployment of Treasury processes in Oracle Cloud ERP, including connectivity to Kyriba.
- Manage bank connectivity workstreams (SFTP, host-to-host, APIs, SWIFT, etc.) and coordinate with banks and IT to validate secure and reliable data transmissions.
- Oversee configuration and integration of payment processing, cash positioning, bank statements, and reconciliations between Oracle, Kyriba, Blackline, and banking partners.
- Participate in data mapping and migration for Treasury-related master data and transactional data.
- Lead the design and validation of journal entry mapping, including cash, debt & FX hedging journal entries, ensuring accurate accounting treatment across multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
- Draft and validate test cases, execute UAT for Treasury modules, and troubleshoot issues with ERP, third-party systems, and TMS vendors.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for Treasury integration issues, reducing the SME’s need to engage in daily project tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and Treasury policies during system changes.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Treasury, ERP, or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) integration.
- Hands-on experience with Kyriba (preferred) or similar TMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) with focus on Treasury, Payments, and Cash Management modules.
- Solid understanding of bank connectivity methods (API, SFTP, SWIFT, H2H).
- Experience with payment file formats (ISO 20022 XML, NACHA, BAI2, MT940, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead system integrations and UAT cycles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to serve as bridge between Treasury, IT, banks, and implementation partners.
- Project management or ERP implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
