This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis that enjoys challenging analytical work & spearheading process improvement initiatives in order to provide insightful solutions that grow the company profitability!

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees the consolidation of the annual budgeting process for company owned franchise brands (Big O & Midas) including:
    • Develop Planning timeline and meeting cadence
    • Generate expense targets built off historical operational KPIs, trend, and known initiatives
    • Spearhead the creation of budget templates for all business inputs
    • Facilitate consolidation of budget inputs and provide insight on variances
    • Create budget decks reviewed with Senior Leadership team
    • Lead and coordinate budget updates when necessary
    • Oversee franchise development new store approval process
  • Leads the scenario planning process, including a multi-year view on EBITDA 
  • Lead the weekly, monthly, quarterly EBITDA forecasting and cash flow process for retail
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on all areas of the business as requested by the Director Corporate Development, VP of Finance and CFO
  • Management of small team of associates
  • Prepares routine and ad hoc reporting along with supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly, and year-end results

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS in Finance or related field
  • At least 6+ years of experience required
  • Advanced Excel Skills Required – Complex Financial Modeling

Knowledge / Skills Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently as the situation demands
  • Highly Organized, Attention to Detail, Results-Oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities, without sacrificing quality of results
  • TM1 or other financial system software suite
