The IT Site Development Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the Telecommunications process for new stores and warehouses, taking the process from Order to Deployment. They will also support the rest of the IT Site Development team in day to day tasks.

The IT Site Development Analyst must be teachable, grasp new concepts quickly, and demonstrate a pleasant attitude in a dynamic environment that includes changing priorities and deadlines.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, be open to cross training and cross functional tasks, and possess excellent computer skills along with strong integrated business systems knowledge. This individual is responsible for maintaining accurate order tracking, providing regular reporting, and coordinating with the networking team for the turn up of the circuit.

Job Responsibilites

  • Order new store circuits, POTS and SIP lines.

  • Work in tandem with Networking team, and construction teams in order to provide next steps and updates to our telco vendors.

  • Act as a liaison between internal IT teams, vendors and TBC’s construction team to manage expectations and set realistic install dates.

  • Create and continually enhance site development processes that meet TBC’s standards

  • Keep accurate records of all orders placed in order to assist the finance team in keeping track of orders.

  • Perform regular audits and compliance validation

  • Account for and report on inventory and conduct forensic investigation of missing or unaccounted orders

  • Provide regular reporting to define performance against established metrics; track spending;  identify risk

  • Uncover savings through process improvement/strategic planning related to procurement & deployment

  • Maintain accountability and compliance for all orders of services through process adherence

  • Work with a sense of urgency to provide timely and courteous responses to telephone, e-mail, and ticket based support requests and complete thorough documentation of all work in enterprise ticketing system

  • Cross train to backfill other department roles in the event coverage is needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or other members of TBC’s leadership teams


  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor Degree preferred

  • Minimum of one to three years of telecommunications or site development work

  • Accounting/bookkeeping or relatable telco experience may be considered in lieu of formal Site development experience

  • Knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and MS Office with strong Excel skills required

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and by written correspondence) with all levels of the organization as well as outside customers

  • Use initiative to learn new skills, enhance personal knowledge and improve communications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; self-directed

  • Exceptional work ethic and professional integrity

  • Knowledge of the tire industry and/or IT processes and systems is a bonus, but not required
