Description
The HRIS Analyst position plays a key role in optimizing HR technology, data processes, and reporting capabilities through analytical expertise and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable workforce analytics, reporting, and insights that support both operational and strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with HR and business leaders, the HRIS Analyst ensures data integrity, enhances system performance, identifies organizational trends, and drives process improvements that increase efficiency and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Organizational Management modules, supporting both end-user needs and system configuration activities.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize HRIS reports and analytics using tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP Ad Hoc Reporting, SAP Query, and EPI-USE Query Manager.
- Design and deliver complex reporting dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other business systems, utilizing data tables, queries, and advanced reporting expressions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Execute and support mass data updates and master data maintenance activities while ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and process improvements.
Continued Responsibilities
- Stay informed on emerging HR technology trends, system enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within HRIS processes and capabilities.
- Conduct regular audits and data quality reviews to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee and organizational data within HR systems.
- Develop and execute testing plans for system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new functionality to validate expected outcomes and ensure alignment with HR processes.

- Identify opportunities to improve HRIS functionality, reporting capabilities, data governance, and user experience.
- Provide support, guidance, and training to end users on HRIS processes, reporting tools, and system functionality.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration or similar
- 3-5 Years of experience as a data analyst
- Advanced Excel Skills Required
- Accustomed to a fast-pace / adhoc environment
- Experience in SuccessFactors/SAP a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently
- Highly Organized, Attention to Detail, Results-Oriented
- Willingness to learn and embrace change
- Creative – ability to take complex problem and propose solutions
- Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus
