This is a great growth opportunity for an experienced HRIS Data Analyst that enjoys challenging analytical work & spearheading process improvement initiatives in order optimize the performance of our HR Systems. This position supports HR by providing accurate and timely data analysis and reporting on employment data to identify overall trends of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in HCM, Benefits, PA and Organizational Management modules, from end-user to system configuration.
- Knowledgeable in Success Factors Employee Central and Success Factors Talent Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools, such as Success Factors Report Center, Success Factors People Analytics, SAP Ad Hoc, SAP Query.
- Ability to develop reports for multiple departments, specialize in integration of multiple source data reporting for creating table joins and write expressions to link HR, Payroll, Benefits and other data.
- Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data with ability to make recommendations based on metrics and determine overall trends of the organization.
- Familiar with LSMW for mass updates for master data maintenance.
- Understanding of all aspects of the HR business process with experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for conceptual design.
- Keep up-to-date with technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
- Ensuring the accuracy of HR Information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration or similar
- 3-5 Years of experience as a data analyst
- Advanced Excel Skills Required
- Accustomed to a fast pace / ad hoc environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently
- Highly Organized, Attention to Detail, Results-Oriented
- Willingness to learn and embrace change
- Creative – ability to take complex problem and propose solutions
