The Franchise Marketing Specialist (FMS) in the TBC Franchise Group will lead and coordinate multiple shared services departments in franchise marketing activities to generate lead flow and transaction activity for new stores and transfer locations for (Existing & New Franchisees) for the Midas and Big O Tires franchises while being the SME (subject matter expert) in Lead Generative Marketing. This role is an essential part of the TBC Franchise growth strategy.

 The FMS will be responsible for building strong relationships internally across all business units at TBC and externally with existing and new franchisees and our field leadership teams. It is important for the FMC to generate leads for new store development and execute transactions in an effective and efficient manner, while abiding to internal processes, legal compliance, FDD Regulations and at all times demonstrating a measured KPI behavior.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall annual strategic marketing plan for growing the Big O Tires / Midas brands
  • Establish processes, systems and tools to ensure sales and marketing activities are created to meet or exceed the goals of the marketing plan
  • Support and lead creating a candidate profile for each brand (Buyers Persona)
  • Assist in coordinating all brand-specific events: conferences/conventions/regional meetings, promotions, etc.
  • Work closely with Operations and PR to assist with communications, such as press releases, local grand openings, owner triumphs, etc.
  • Works closely with approved vendors to ensure continued efforts to improve performance (i.e. Direct Mail, Media Buying, Digital Marketing Agencies)
  • Understanding of the franchisor/franchisee relationship and advertising requirements, programs, policies and procedures


  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Working knowledge of franchise development tasks related to new store development (mergers & acquisitions), or related experience
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, while collaborating with internal and external teams
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office tools
  • Nimble, and able to react quickly to changing business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or project management
  • P.M.P. certification preferred, but not required
  • Marketing Leadership Experience Franchise system for lead gen and website creation and maintenance
  • Public Relations experience
  • Position will be located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
