Finance and Accounting Associate

Description

The Finance and Accounting Associate will support operations and franchise development groups with timely, accurate, actionable financial analysis and reporting.  The intern will do 4 6 month rotational assignments.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists in ongoing development of reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track activities in support of key financial and operational goals.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to support key goals and participates in review meetings.
  • Prepares financial projections and assists in preparation of other financial analyses for internal use in evaluating new store development and store transfer opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains processes to track actual store performance against projections and report to operations team.
  • Assists in evaluating performance of unconsolidated subsidiary company and maintains cash flow forecast for this entity.
  • Prepares and distributes reports on periodic franchise and / or field incentive programs
  • Interacts with Corporate accounting and finance groups to assist in developing internal financial reporting to meet the requirements of operations management.
  • Prepares ad hoc analyses to support other operational initiatives, capital spending requests, and others as requested.
  • Perform job with integrity and transparency.
