Description

Working under general supervision, the Business Analytics Auditor will:

  • Leverage the use of business analytics in complex processes and sets of information to perform risk-based, advisory, and audit projects.
  • Develop continuous monitoring of business data based on existing models and tools to drive cost reductions and revenue growth.
  • Promote automation, opportunities that will influence our business operations (Wholesale, Franchise and Retail)
  • Demonstrate strong focus on design and management of reporting and analytics solutions

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with process owners to understand processes and plan the analysis
  • Review and understand complex processes, manage sets of data, and collaborate with TBC teams to achieve the desired outputs
  • Understand data connections, servers, and other database management platforms
  • Run analytics based on existing models and tools and propose process improvement solutions to a variety of TBC teams
  • Develop impactful outputs (e.g., reports, KPIs, KRIs, and dashboards) to highlight opportunities and drive change

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience with audit, finance, IT or operations
  • SAP and SQL/ACL/Alteryx/Tableau/Microsoft Power BI or similar CAAT tools to perform  business analytics preferred
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and work well both independently as well as in a team setting
  • Practical experience with data analysis and exploration

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for numbers and accuracy

  • Programming language knowledge is a plus
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
