Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to manage and enhance our Qualtrics platform, support its use across the organization, and deliver actionable insights from survey and operational data. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Platform Management & Development
  • Administer and maintain the Qualtrics platform, including user access, survey libraries, workflows, and integrations.
  • Implement new features and capabilities to support evolving organizational needs.
  • Ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze survey and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support
  • Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Qualtrics-related support and training.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and best practices documentation.
  • Process Improvement
  • Evaluate and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to survey design, distribution, and data governance
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, survey management, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or a comparable experience management platform.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable insights.
  • Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus
