Description

The Client Systems Analyst III will be responsible for completing all in-scope support services, including break-fix, desk-side support, new system installation, move/add/change and asset tracking activities. This position will provide in-depth technical hardware and software support for all desktop and laptop platforms supported. This position is a senior position and primary job functions will require exercising independent judgment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for end-user issues
  • Identify, develop and deploy appropriate courses of action to resolve local and enterprise problems
  • Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on needed upgrades
  • Creation, installation and maintenance of organization wide images for desktop, laptop, point of sale, etc.
  • Coordination of computer maintenance with other IT departments within the organization
  • Takes lead role when requested on projects as assigned by Manager
  • Coordinates various projects and implementation of process and policies
  • Create reports monitoring ticketing, incidents and response times in LANDesk
  • Provide support for Data Systems and Infrastructure under supervision of department leads
  • Execute planned activities involved in the planning, deployment, and support of infrastructure, application and organizational projects
  • Any other duties assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Certification Preferred
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in an IT environment
  • Ability to travel offsite for IT support as requested
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and peers both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with creation of documentation, manuals and information for the IT knowledgebase
