The Car Rental Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining profitable business relationships with the emphasis on Rental Fleet airport locations. The Car Rental Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and other assigned strategic account objectives representing the entire range of TBC/NTW products and services. This individual will help to transform and mature customers through program and training support in sales and marketing strategy and tactics, operations, and inventory management for all TBC categories. This individual will focus on both the expansion of overall customer portfolio and loyalty (SOA) at existing customers. The Car Rental Fleet Sales Manager will serve as the primary contact for all regional/national rental airport customers within the assigned geographic territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively engage and grow current and prospect customers in assigned market ensuring penetration for all fleet rental airport locations
  • Ability to hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key decision makers to show ways to grow their business with TBC Corporation, drawing out fact-based propositions
  • Active involvement in sales forecast and purchase demand forecast
  • Demonstrates strong account management skills
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain channel
  • Ability to use to increase interaction with customers
  • Develop customized business plans and present to customers to assist in growing their business
  • Must meet /exceed established sales metrics and targets
  • Facilitate dealer training opportunities and strong presentation skills
  • Actively facilitate authorized vendor programs and internal marketing programs with customer base
  • Develop a proficiency in utilizing available internal and external resources (systems, tools, etc.)
  • Demonstrate in depth product knowledge for proper recommendations
  • Ability to lead TBC store training on Fleet account growth and sales initiatives


  • B.A. or B.S. Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
  • 3+ years of related business experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
  • PC proficient, with emphasis on CRM tools( and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 3 years proven sales experience
  • Automotive, tire experience or other transferrable sales skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to convert or transition leads into profitable sales
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Ability to organize and analyze data to aid in the decision-making process
  • Customer 1st Mentality, with a consultative selling approach (Problem Solving)
  • Strong cognitive thinking capability with a high business and financial acumen
  • Professional appearance and Virtual/in-Person communication skills required
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a strong results orientation
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
