The Business Intelligence Analyst will utilize multi-dimensional databases including SQL, Teradata, and Cognos to identify business trends and will generate reports that will drive business decisions at all levels of our enterprise organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the current Hyperion Essbase and reporting systems
  • Assists in ongoing development of reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track activities in support of key financial and operational goals
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports are updated and distributed to management and retail field team in a timely manner
  • Validate and ensure accuracy of all data used for reporting back to original source systems, including but not limited to, Hyperion Essbase data and SQL data


  • Maintain all data bases for retail alignment, fiscal year and any other modifications required in order to accommodate business user’s needs, including but not limited to, thorough testing, simulating sample data, processing and report distribution.


  • Follow up and resolve all questions or issues as to data and/or reporting from management and retail field team in a timely manner


  • Adhoc reporting for sales, payroll, car damage, and/or any other systems as requested in a timely manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
  • 4+ years of business functional area experience.
  • Experience in ERP technologies, methodologies, and purposes, with a focus on Project management, Task management, Resource management, and Project financials.
  • Good understanding of business processes pertaining to timesheets, expenses, project management, invoicing, accounts receivables, sales.
  • SME level of business acumen in multiple functional areas, with expertise in a minimum of one area.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to gather requirements effectively; document requirements and confirm observations with business owners.
  • Ability to perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements.
  • Ability to create and deploy detailed and thorough test plans for all initiatives.
  • Knowledge of business systems software and software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to develop a project plan, meeting established deliverables and timelines.
  • Ability to provide guidance to other personnel and conduct training as needed.
  • Ability to conduct meetings, gather information and present status.
