Description

TBC is transitioning from SAP to Oracle Cloud Fusion.  We are seeking an ERP Accounting Functional Lead to play a critical role in ensuring that the new ERP solution is optimized, compliant, and aligned with both finance and broader business requirements. In collaboration with TBC’s accounting department, this role will drive functional setups, process optimization, integration, reporting, and user support across Finance and Accounting teams.  The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, deep Oracle functional expertise, and a proven record of driving successful ERP implementations in complex, multi-entity, multi-currency environments. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical Oracle expertise with strong accounting acumen, thrives in transformation environments, and can translate system capabilities into efficient, compliant processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a scalable finance foundation that supports our next chapter of growth.

 

This project will begin December 2025 and will end March 2027.  Length of assignment for this role is the duration of the project.

This is a 100% on-site position located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the finance workstream for the Oracle ERP implementation, focusing on project accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between Finance, IT, and System Integrators, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and tested.
  • Ensure system configuration supports GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Oversee data migration and reconciliation from SAP to Oracle, validating data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support in the development and document end-to-end process flows, policies, and procedures aligned with the new ERP environment.
  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline and automate accounting workflows, including project cost tracking, capitalization, and intercompany transactions.

Additional Job Responsibilities

  • Support with the design and oversight of multi-currency and multi-entity accounting processes within Oracle, ensuring compliance with translation and remeasurement standards.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Oracle functionality and reporting to enhance business insights and operational efficiency.
  • Create/maintain test scripts, coordinate testing and track defects.
  • Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for Finance users.
  • Troubleshoot issues (transaction errors, data integrity, reporting discrepancies) and work with IT/consultants as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance systems experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)
  • Experience with SAP-to-Oracle transition strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS, including foreign currency translation, remeasurement, and consolidation principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing ERP systems in a complex, global environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance in financial processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in Financial or Accounting relevant modules.
