The role of the Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for all Store Operations that lead to the achievement of Sales, Controllable Income, Customer Satisfaction, Retention and Objectives for the stores within their respective Region.  In addition, the RVP will drive to build high performing teams through selective recruitment, training, ongoing development and retention.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meets or exceeds performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers, i.e. GEARS process
  • Ensures customer retention by providing extraordinary customer experience aligned with customer service excellence index goals.
  • Oversees Region expenditures to ensure compliance with organizational objectives requirements 
  • Ensures continuous implementation, enforcement, and compliance with TBC Retail policies and procedures and related safety requirements. 
  • Develop, implement, and administer operational processes, policies, and procedures for the Retail store operations
  • Partners with and corporate supporting departments: HR, IT, Accounting, Purchasing, Marketing, Merchandising, etc. to recommend and facilitate operational and organizational improvements
  • Delegates authority and ownership of responsibilities as appropriate and follows up to ensure completion. 
  • Builds, develops, and manages a strong organization of Associates to provide outstanding customer service, Associate relations and achieve TBC business objectives 
  • Responsible for analysis of store financial ranking results, identify root causes and work proactively with field management and cross functionally to remedy
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or a related field of study is preferred or comparable experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of management experience with similar employer or industry
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care/ satisfaction in a retail environment
  • Ability to travel over 50% of the time, with some over overnight and weekends required
  • Must have prior multi‐site/ multi‐state responsibilities in a leadership capacity
  • Extensive data analysis experience related to customer relationship management
  • Ability to lead and develop direct reports consisting of District Managers
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to monitor performance and identify business opportunities and best practices
  • Work with the field management team to ensure customers are served at the highest level possible by ensuring that customer concerns are identified and addressed 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel.
