TBC Corporation’s Legal Department is comprised of qualified attorneys, paralegals, contract administrators, and support staff in the US and Mexico.  As TBC operates throughout the world, the Legal Department partners with the business leaders and provides business-centric advice.  The Legal team’s primary roles include leading M&A activity, managing litigation, policing the worldwide intellectual property portfolio, negotiating contracts, ensuring TBC’s myriad activities comply with applicable laws, and assessing and mitigating TBC’s business risks.  The Legal team is a major contributor to TBC’s strategic growth.
