The Marketing, Sr. Manager is a strategic thinker who is skilled in presentations, data analytics, communications, relationship management and quantitative reasoning.  She/He is able to build and execute plans and communicate across all levels of an organization. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty,


This role will be a Hybrid work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop business-building strategies and activation plans to help meet objectives across Canada
  • Lead Marketing for new Private Label Credit Card launch (with new credit vendor, ADS)
  • Provide Midas Franchisee support, troubleshooting and resolving issues each month
  • Develop content calendar and branded educational content & training (YouTube, Social, In Store)
  • Lead and manage Vendor Partner Programs with MAST, Sumitomo, Cooper, Interstate, Valvoline, and NAPA
  • Analyze promotional performance and channel effectiveness, in partnership with our agencies
  • Marketing Budget Management and Forecasting
  • Travel domestically and internationally (Canada) as needed: up to 20%.


  • 10 - 12 years work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to adapt to change and set priorities for competing demands.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work through ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with team members inside and outside the department with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive self-starter.  Enjoy interpersonal dynamics and politically savvy.
  • Proficient across MS Office software (Advanced knowledge or experience with building Excel pivot tables).
  • Skilled at applying business math, managing spreadsheets and budgets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and articulate.
  • Act effectively under deadlines.
