The Human Resources Representative I is responsible for the employee master data maintenance including the processing of new hires, re-hires, separations, transfers, pay changes, and position changes.  This position provides Human Resources support to the hiring managers and leaders.  It ensures that management and Associates receive quality service and guidance in addressing Human Resources related issues.  It assists in the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures Associates’ records are properly maintained in our Human Resources system; including, but not limited to, processing new hires, re-hires, separations, transfers, position changes and
    pay changes.
  • Provides guidance to managers and Associates as to the use of proper forms, approval levels, documentation, etc., required to initiate action.
  • Administers the Associate Referral Program.
  • Assists with the incorporation of new acquisition Associates into the organization.
  • Assists with Records Management of Personnel Files.
  • Provides Associates’ data and Organizational reporting.
  • Provides documentation to the Unemployment Insurance vendor, as requested.
  • Monitoring of the Work Authorization through E-verify.
  • Administers and processes ASE reimbursements and status changes for certified mechanics.
  • Assists in the development, interpretation, implementation, administration, and monitoring of Human Resources policies and internal operating procedures.
  • Process of HR notifications such as offer letters, promotional letters, separation letters, and Personal Leave letters.
Qualifications
  • One (1) to two (2) years in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellent people skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred
