The Business Integration Specialist will have dotted line responsibility to the Vice President of Customer Care & Experience and work closely with other leaders within the department. This individual will be responsible for core business support areas with a focus on all aspects of customer care & field operations support. This role will support department directed initiatives through active cross department engagement, data management & analysis, project coordination and external/ internal customer support interactions.

The successful candidate will display a broad and dynamic skill set; including strong organization, excellent verbal & written communication, as well as the understanding & application of financial reporting concepts.

Job Responsibilites

  • Support the advancement of department initiatives through effective collaboration with other departments including Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Operations, Business Intelligence, Strategic Analytics, Workforce Management, Call Center Operations, Training, Purchasing and Finance

  • Assist with the design, communication, maintenance and continued optimization of departmental processes that address business needs and that yields an excellent and brand appropriate customer experience

  • Support in the development of strategic plans and assistance in management of implementation of new initiatives relative to people, performance & technologies

  • Preparation of presentations to key TBC stakeholders and strategic business partners

  • Effectively facilitate meetings and record key actions & decisions

  • Assemble and organize data to create and maintain useful business reports 

  • Maintain retail organizational hierarchy and disseminate across internal and external channels

  • Support Field Management operations by acting as a liaison with Corporate departments

  • Work with the department management team to create & maintain a prioritized list of needs for each business segment

  • Maintain initiative status and be able to communicate effectively the specifics of each to the primary stakeholders

  • Identify and recommend new ways to improve performance by streamlining business processes

  • Maintain internal electronic shared files so that reports and project artifacts are readily and easily accessible

  • Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications

  • 2 or 4 year college degree in Business or related field preferred

  • 2+ years related work experience

  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team

  • Ability to communicate effectively both written, oral and presentation with internal stakeholders and vendor partners as needed

  • Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio

  • Ability to travel when business dictates
