Our Finance Operations team is looking for a Director of Global Receivables to oversee and enhance the Order-to-Cash process.  Successful candidates are demonstrated leaders in the Order-to-Cash space within a Global Shared Service environment and proven track record of building high caliber teams.  They enjoy being challenged by balancing day-to-day operations, while also identifying innovative ways to drive meaningful change.


In this role, the candidate will oversee the global team responsible for Credit, Collections, & Cash Applications.  They will be tasked with developing metrics to identify trends, process improvements, and strategic opportunities. Candidate should have a track record of influencing cross-functions partners and leadership as well as driving initiatives to completion. Candidate will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance Operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the effectiveness & efficiency of the global Order-to-Cash process & team.
  • Create, manage and monitor key performance indicators, using the results to assess the overall performance of functional areas and develop strategies.  Communicate the results to leadership.
  • Work closely with cross functional partners and customers to improve policies & processes, create transparency and drive operational excellence.
  • Influence business partners and drive initiatives that optimize working capital and/or our shared service strategy.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the team using industry best practices and expertise to help them grow and achieve performance and productivity targets.
  • Ensure compliance with controls and accounting policies by maintaining and improving systems, processes, and data.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly financial close by providing timely and accurate AR-related results.


  • 8+ years of professional experience managing a shared services or cross-functional team
  • Experience with global Order-to-Cash processes and systems
  • Experience building out shared service capabilities
  • Proven ability implementing continuous improvement practices including identify root cause, create action plan and implement plan with full support of all parties/departments impacted.
  • Strong analytical background to understand how to leverage data to influence business decisions
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and resolution skills
  • Strong leadership skills managing and motivating team members
  • Outstanding organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
